Home Visit Ear Wax Removal
The whole appointment happens at your kitchen table. No car, no car park, no waiting room.
This is the part of the service that is genuinely different from a high-street clinic. The equipment comes to you, set up on a table in your own house, and you sit in your own chair.
It is the reason most people book: somebody who cannot easily get out, somebody who does not drive, somebody who would rather not sit in a waiting room, or a family booking on behalf of a parent. If you are booking for somebody else, say so when you ring — it is a completely normal thing to do.
All that is needed is a chair with space to stand beside it, and a plug socket nearby.
- Appointments across County Durham and into Northumberland
- Fine to book on behalf of a parent or relative
- A dining chair and a nearby socket is all the setting up it takes
If an ear is painful, discharging, or the hearing dropped suddenly rather than gradually, speak to your GP or NHS 111 first. That is not a wax appointment.
