What happens to what you send
Getting in touch
There is no form on this website and no message is stored here. The two ways to reach Durham Mobile Microsuction are the phone number and WhatsApp, and both go straight to a phone.
Please do not feel you have to describe a medical problem in a message. A sentence is plenty — the rest is better said on the phone or at the appointment.
The Message on WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with the first line already written. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself, and nothing is loaded from WhatsApp to show you this page — it is an ordinary link.
Once you do send one, the conversation is held in WhatsApp, which is run by Meta and covered by their terms rather than this website's. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, so Meta cannot read what is in them, but they do know that you and Durham Mobile Microsuction are messaging each other. If you would rather they did not, ring instead.
Who else sees it
The website is hosted by Netlify, which is what serves you these pages. Netlify does not receive an enquiry, because an enquiry never passes through this website.
Each clinic page has a link that opens its address in Google Maps. Nothing is loaded from Google to show you the page — it is an ordinary link, and Google only hears from you if you choose to tap it.
Cookies and advertising
Durham Mobile Microsuction advertises on Google. To see which adverts lead to somebody getting in touch, this website can load Google's advertising tag, which sets cookies in your browser.
It does not load until you say yes. When you first arrive, everything Google could store is switched off, and you are asked. If you choose Reject, no advertising cookies are set at all and the website behaves exactly the same.
What Google receives is which pages were visited. Nothing you say to Durham Mobile Microsuction is ever sent to Google — not your name, not your phone number, and nothing you write in a message or say on the phone.
To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser and you will be asked again.

Your appointment
Any notes kept about an appointment are kept by Durham Mobile Microsuction directly. Nothing about an appointment is stored on this website.
Asking for a copy, or asking us to delete it
You can ask what is held about you and ask for it to be deleted. Ring 07395 650820.
If you are not happy with how it has been handled, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
